Street Evangelization
Part of the Franciscan charism is direct evangelization to the poor and the marginalized. We seek to preach the Gospel and bring Jesus to both those who are materially poor as well as those who are spiritually poor.
With so many people in our culture who do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we go out to places such as our local neighborhood, downtown Detroit, Wal-mart, and shopping malls to facilitate an encounter with Christ for those who do not know him. We offer to pray for others for any of their needs, including physical and spiritual healing.
We will be organizing once a month evangelization outings.
